EXCEL---------
INTRODUCTION-------
A worksheet (excel) called spreadsheet, is an electronic sheet made up of rows and columns. I can use make of project planning in this time. So any organization example –
Data or financial positions are check into the make of programming.
*excel has a grid of columns and rows into which you can enter numeral, text etc.
Each box in the grid is called a cell.
Note –this is a DBMS program.

Note – the intersection of rows and a column.
*excel can perform mathematical or logical calculations and show the results.
*we can easily change the contents of a cell, if you change a number that is used in a calculation elsewhere in the spreadsheet, the calculation is done automatically.
*we can change the any data of the figure.
SPREADSHEET TERMINOLOGY------
Some such terms are given in the following paragraphs.
WORK BOOK ----
Collection of worksheet is called a work book.
DEFAULT----
Defaultly three worksheet in workbook.
-WORK SHEET---
Short cut-(shift+f11)
Work sheet is made of row and column.
CHART SHEET—
We can change the data in the figure.
ROW---
A row is a horizontal block of cell that runs through the entire width of the
Work sheet.Exm 1,2,3……65536(in office 2003)
1,2,3……1048576(in office 2007,2010)
COLUMN---
A columns is a vertical block of cells that runs through the entire
Work sheet. And the total column is 256.
Exm A,B,…..Z,AZ,AB…..IV(in office 2003) Total column is 265
A,B,…..Z,AZ,AB…..XFD(in office 2003) Total column is 16384
CELLS-----
The intersection of row and column is cell.
FORMULA----
A formula always begins with = (equal) sign.
FUNCTION---
Functions are predefined formulas that perform complex calculations by using a specific value in a particular order to give a result.
